Returns

Love is handmade and our collection is too. Honoring small lot production and exceptional details, we pursue the perfect finish when you adore your new pieces. If we haven't met your expectations, return your purchase for an exchange or refund. Discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
Let us help you make your return seamless. Ensure that each item has all tags, liners, and be undamaged. Only unworn and unwashed items are accepted. Should any of these conditions not be met, we reserve the right to deny the request for return.
We expect returns to be prepaid (no CODs) and arrive to us within 21 days of the original shipping date. We will either exchange the item or refund the purchase price not including shipping costs (unless we failed our own standards and are responsible for the error and/or damage). To ensure it arrives at our door, we suggest insuring the item an/or sending with a tracking number as we won't accept responsibility for lost or missing returns.
We apologize in advance but we cannot remake your item. If available, we would be thrilled to send you a different size. If our kinfolk loved that piece as much as you did and we are out of stock, we will refund the purchase price back to you.
Give us 10 business days after we receive the item to process your exchange or refund and we will email you when it's complete!

 

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, based on parcel weight, within 7-10 business days of purchase with email notification.  We ship both domestically and international, however, we are not able to offer tracking on international orders. 

All packages are tracked to ensure delivery. Confirmed delivered packages later reported missing, stolen, or lost are not our responsibility. Additional duties, taxes, and/or tariffs may be required for international deliveries upon arrival.
